The article celebrates the 45th anniversary of Zinks Meats & Fine Wines in Centerville, highlighting its journey from a small meat shop to a community staple. Started by Roland Zink in 1979, the shop evolved over the years, with the current owners, Melissa Metzger and David Hoffer, taking over in 2011 and expanding it to include a wine selection.
